FrontierWings is a personal project operated by an independent developer ("Operator", "we", "us"), created for people who enjoy virtual bush flying and meaningful missions.

2. Early Access Notice
FrontierWings is currently in early access.
That means:
- The platform is still evolving
- Features may change, improve, or disappear over time
- Things might occasionally break or not work as expected
We’re building this with care — but you should expect imperfections along the way.
3. Using the Service
You agree to use FrontierWings in a fair and respectful way.
Please don’t:
- Exploit bugs or loopholes
- Interfere with the system or try to reverse engineer it
- Manipulate statistics, missions, or leaderboards unfairly
- Use the platform for anything unlawful
We may step in if necessary to keep things fair for everyone.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and anything that happens under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts if needed — for example in cases of misuse or to protect the platform.
5. Your Data
We care about your progress and experience.
Our goal is to preserve things like your pilot history, statistics, and achievements — even beyond early access.
However, during this phase, we can’t guarantee that all data will always be preserved.
In rare cases, data may need to be reset, adjusted, or removed due to technical or development reasons.
6. Payments (if applicable)
If you choose to support FrontierWings financially:
- Payments are generally non-refundable, unless required by law
- Pricing or access models may change over time
- The Service itself may evolve or change significantly
Your support helps shape the platform — but it does not guarantee a finished product.
7. Third-Party Services
FrontierWings may interact with third-party tools or platforms (such as flight simulators or map data providers).
We don’t control these services and can’t guarantee their availability or accuracy.
8. Availability & Reliability
We do our best to keep FrontierWings running smoothly — but we can’t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for things like:
- Data loss
- Downtime or interruptions
- Technical issues or incompatibilities
- Indirect or consequential damages
If liability applies, it is limited to the amount you paid within the last 12 months.
10. Changes
FrontierWings will continue to evolve.
We may:
- Add, change, or remove features
- Adjust missions, rewards, or systems
- Update these Terms when necessary
If you continue using the Service, it means you accept those changes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, particularly in cases of misuse or where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or the integrity of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal provided by our billing provider. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you will retain full access to the Service.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
